You will be required to leave a security bond of $600 or more upon your arrival.
The International licence has to be translated to English and a copy of passport and proof of address in Australia must be provided.
Yes you can modify your booking by sending us an email or giving us a call.
For Cancelations If the renter fails to show up for the booking, they will be subject to a charge equal to 20% of the total rental amount. If the renter decides to cancel the booking within 24 hours of the scheduled rental time, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total rental amount will be applied. If the renter requests to cancel more than 24 hours in advance of the booking, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total rental amount will be applied.
The expiry date must be greater than the period of the rental.
The excess fees varies depending on various aspects which includes: Age of the drivers, type of the car, and excess reduction fees. please ask for the the excess amount upon picking up the car.
We offer unlimited kilometres on all our cars, however if the car crosses the boarders of any states other than ACT you will be subject to a fee of $90.
Yes we do offer long term hires which are 4 weeks or over. please select you date on the booking section and it will display the prices for you.
